Hotel Buyout
Staying true to its heritage as a private residence, the Mansion offers an exclusive 20-room buyout option. This package includes the Mansion suites, the Napoleonic rooms, and the Executive suites, providing a fully private retreat. Guests opting for a buyout also gain the opportunity to reserve the estate’s elegant venue spaces (for an additional fee) to host private welcome parties, cocktail socials, or brunch gatherings.
The Accommodations
- Main Mansion: The heart of the estate features nine modern rooms, including three Superior King Suites with oversized soaking tubs and the premier Grand Balcony suite.
- Napoleonic Carriage House: Located just behind the main house, these five cottage-style rooms offer a quintessential Southern hideaway vibe.
- 919 Studio Suites: Situated at 919 Esplanade Ave, this adjacent property connects to the main mansion via a private alleyway. It offers six residential-style studios, two of which include full kitchens, sitting rooms, laundry facilities, and balconies overlooking the avenue.
Important Details
- Events: To ensure total privacy and seamless service, a full 20-room buyout is mandatory for all on-site events.
- Bedding: To preserve the integrity of the rooms, we do not offer pull-out couches, roll-away beds, or air mattresses.
- Fees & Taxes: All guest rooms are subject to a 17.5% hotel tax, a $1 per night occupancy tax, and a $87.76 cleaning fee per room.
