True to its origins as a private residence, the Mansion suites and Napoleonic rooms can be reserved as a 14-room buyout, leaving the ability to utilize the mansion’s venue spaces at an additional fee to host and enjoy private event access for welcome parties, cocktail socials, or private brunches.
Melrose’s Main Mansion, Napoleon Carriage House, & 919 Studio Suites 919 Esplanade Ave. is an adjacent property connecting to the main mansion through a private alleyway. It has six residential style studio suites that can be reserved for guests. Two of the residential style suites have kitchens, a sitting room, laundry room, & balconies overlooking Esplanade Ave. The heart of the home has nine modern-styled rooms, including 3 Superior King Suites with oversized soaking tubs & the Exclusive Grand Balcony suite. Set just behind the main house are 5 Napoleonic rooms.
These charming cottage-style rooms with a quaint and quintessential Southern hideaway vibe. There are no pull out couches, roll-away beds, or air mattresses available for additional bedding. All guest rooms are subject to 16.75% hotel tax, plus $1 per room, per night occupancy tax.
