Melrose Mansion provides a chic yet comfortable stay for travelers who wish to enjoy New Orleans’ classic charm and elegance, avoiding the congestion and bustle of large, high-volume hotels. Laying on the eastern edge of the French Quarter, historic Esplanade Avenue, is in the Faubourg Marigny area and well-situated for walking to many top points of interests, including the New Orleans Jazz Museum, the French Market, & Frenchmen Street, which is a renowned epicenter of live music, and local artists culture.
Intimate Settings for Private Moment Photos
Melrose Mansion is the perfect setting for your New Orleans centric wedding weekend! Our cozy chic boutique hotel is revered by local photographers as a timeless French Quarter backdrop.
Bridal prep photo session outside of guest room must be scheduled and are $500 per 2 hour session, in addition to a required 2-night room rental. Nightly room rates vary throughout the year. Photo sessions must be completed by 5:30pm. *$400 per hour for any additional time over timeframe scheduled.
Bridal party guests coming onsite for photos may not monopolize media room & common areas for private use as photoshoot waiting areas. Intimate Settings for Private Moment Photos Please note that bridal preps cannot be booked earlier than 6 months in advance, unless accompanied by a guaranteed buyout of all guest rooms.
