Booking Window: January 26, 2026 – September 30, 2026
Stay Dates: June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and fees is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Enjoy flexibility with our 48-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 4:00 PM local time) will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the first-night deposit.
Length of Stay: Minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights is required. If the stay is shortened to fewer than 3 nights, the rate will revert to the standard Best Available Rate.
Taxes & Fees: Rates are subject to a 17.5% tax, $1.00 nightly occupancy fee, $87.76 cleaning fee (tax inclusive)
